Hi Khyati,

First of all, I would like to thank you and your team for the wonderful work that is being done.

Yes, I am getting very very good support from my mentor and I am very comfortable with her. I am never stressed nor feel starved since the portion control is working fine for me.

I am very happy to say that the fullness or the bloated feeling that I use to have earlier has disappeared and I feel light. I COULD FEEL IT, 

I am following the diet plan without any deviation.

However last Tuesday, due to a meeting in the office, I was not able to have the mid-evening snack and the late evening snack. I had my lunch as per the diet plan and the dinner as per the diet plan. I didn't overeat.

And yesterday we celebrated "Pongal" which is a very important festival for south Indians. Apart from the diet plan, I ate a small cup of sweet Pongal and 3 vada pavs. To compensate for the extra calorie, I did a heavy workout (weight training) and 45 mins cardio session.

I am very comfortable with the plan so far and again thank you and your team for the wonderful work and the support.
