Initially, when I started the diet I wasn't too sure that I would be able to loose weight with my schedule but I did and I'm glad. 

This concept is very modern and effective.

Ekit has helped me in a lot of ways! Taught me portion control amongst many other things.

I have got endless motivation and support from my mother and my mentor Pranoti Di. 

Once I started to lose weight it made me feel better which boosted my confidence.
When I used to go out for dinner or lunch I was always dependent on the guide and it showed me how much to eat of anything! I couldn't ask for a better mentor.

Pranoti Di understands that I am a big foodie and accordingly sets my diet. She spoke to me when I was demotivated and I felt like giving up. She made sure I was back on track. 

I love the Mexican burger and the Indian style pasta soup. Even now that the diet Is over I yet tell my mom to make them for me. 

They are absolute yum. I consume various kinds of seeds like chia, flax seeds, also apple cider vinegar really helps.

My diet includes normal stuff like Sev Puri, Bikaneri Bhujiya, toast sandwich and dosa!
