The overall concept of the online Weight Loss Program is to reduce weight sitting in the comfort of your own homes. Everything was online so I was able to follow the program easily, wherever I was. I have learnt how to eat the right foods in the right quantities, and my body learnt to adjust. I never felt starved.

The E – KIT is my friend for LIFE. I use it to portion my food and measure the use of daily essentials such as water, oil, ghee & sugar. BN Free Filler helps me snack smarter whenever I am hungry. The ‘Do not consume these’ guide helps me avoid junk food & the Restaurant Guide helps me choose healthy food when I eat out. I used the E-Kit to get to where I am today, and I will continue following it to remain healthy and maintain my weight. 

What kept me going is my focus to achieve my target of losing 10 kgs, my constant interaction with my Mentor, the mouthwatering recipes and my family encouragement.  

BIG THANKS to my Mentor Geeta who patiently answered all my queries & even made sure that I shed few kgs or lose a few inches every session. She always made me feel positive and kept motivating to meet my goal.

I have 2 things to be thankful for: BN’s commitment to me and my own will power to achieve.

My sugar and cholesterol levels are well within limits now (I have even stopped taking medication for both).

Thank you very much for lightening me by 13 kgs in four months. 

All the recipes in BN are so delicious and nutritious. My favorite ones are Buddha Bowl, All Breakfast recipes, Khichdi, Chilla, Smoothies, Parfait, open sandwich, infused drinks. I can go on and on as all the recipes are yummy. I was introduced to all these recipes for the first time in my life. 

I cannot name just one superfood, but I feel ragi, paneer, oats, flax seeds & chia seeds helped me the most in my weight loss. 

I never had unhealthy food throughout my journey. My goal was to reduce weight so made up my mind not to eat junk food until I finish the program.
