Dear Khyati, I had an amazing experience with the whole program. I was very apprehensive initially to join a diet program and that too online. I have followed diet charts earlier but have never really been happy with them as I felt they made me starve. I have been following you on Facebook and after seeing the amazing results I decided to give it a shot. What i liked the most about your program was it gives you so many options and recipes and never makes you feel starved or bored of following a diet program. 
The E-kit and the recipes are very unique. The restaurant guide was also something which i have never come across earlier although I was not able to follow that religiously. 
Ms. Shazia was an amazing mentor. She was very accomadative, supportive and prompt 
My favorite recipes were Power poha and healthy veggies sandwich. I really enjoyed having them and it was a great start to a day. Makhana was something I was unaware of and it makes such a great tea time snack. 
1 super food you learned about or the one according to your judgment helped you the most. 
I felt that Apple Cider Vinegar and Cinnamon really helped me. Also Green tea aided in weight loss.  
Once again thanks a lot. This has been a great learning experience. I would definitely get in touch with you in the future and also recommend your program to my family and friends.
