Hemorrhoids are caused by a movement of tissues, veins and arteries located in the anus and rectum. Although they can be painful and uncomfortable, hemorrhoids are usually not dangerous. These include the following symptoms:

FOOD ITEM METHOD OF CONSUMPTION
FIGS Soak 3 figs in a glass of water over night and eat them in the morning.
BANANA Boil 1 ripe banana in 1 cup of milk, mash well. Take 3 times a day.
BUTTERMILK Drink 1 glass of buttermilk with 1/4 tsp carom seed powder (ajwain) and 1 tsp chia seeds.
