The job involves working with data analysis the impact of process laid on key metric and working with the dept heads and ceo to improve the results
This entails audits of, CRM, of process adherence, quality audits viz; use of scripts and content for leads and clients, analysis the FB google mail chimp metrics and working with sales and marketing team to achieve desired ratios

Partner with Gyms / fitness centres by innovative pitches approaches, marketing PR drives and bring reputed chains to adopt Balance Nutrition platform
Drive the Corporate wellness division by not only marketing the existing programs but even working on innovative offerings primarily stocking to the core values of being DIGITAL
Work with product technology design team to adapt the digital products and interface for various channels
Drive the corporate contact programs thru seminars or directly structuring deals for wellness management for the employees

Balance Nutrition offers online programs for weight loss and lifestyle management. Our programs range from 6 to 12 sessions going from 70 to 160 days respectively. Every client has a personal account & a dedicated mentor. All diets personalised depending on client preferences. Our strength is practical doable diet chart support with a power E kit that allows people to do the program from anywhere over the globe. We are expanding using a hybrid model with online delivery & offline support through centres called EX2-eXperience & eNgage. We are opening CHAPTERS in Germany, Australia & USA under a program of Entrepreneurship for Dietitians called Nutripreneurs.
