About Moringa

Moringa is a plant that is native to the sub Himalayan areas of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Afghanistan. The leaves, bark, flowers, fruits, seeds and roots are used to make medicine.

Moringa leaves are deep green, with long edible oval leaflets. From all over the world, Moringa tea is gaining foothold as a healthy food source. Every part of Moringa tree is edible. It has been around 100's of years, helping people to hold on to good health to recover from medical problems.

Moringa Tea Recipe:

Ingredients:

Moringa leaf powder - 2tsp

fresh ginger - ½ tsp

Lemon juice - ½ tsp

Honey - ½ tsp

Method:

Add all ingredients to a glass of water [hot water] shake thoroughly & allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes. Then enjoy!!
