Moringa plant is native to the sub-Himalayan areas, including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Afghanistan. The leaves, bark, flowers, fruits, seeds and roots are used to make medicine.

Moringa Tea Recipe:


Moringa leaf powder - 2tsp

fresh ginger - ½ tsp

Lemon juice - ½ tsp

Honey - ½ tsp


Add all ingredients to a glass of water [hot water] shake thoroughly & allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes. Then enjoy!
