Almonds contain lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. It helps to lower blood sugar levels, reduce blood pressure and lower cholesterol. They also reduce hunger and promote weight loss. Curd made from cow’ s milk is rich in protein and calcium. This delicious recipe served with fruit is a healthy breakfast option.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Curd/ Yogurt [unsweetened] -  ¾ Katori
  • Almonds - 4-5  nos.
  • Peach/ apple - 1 - ½ nos
  • Blueberries/ any fruit of choice - ½ Katori
  • Honey - ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Soak almonds in water. Drain water and then blend with curd for 10 min until smooth. Step 2 If not smooth in consistency, then add more water. Step 3 Pour into a bowl, and then garnish with peach and blackberry and few drops of honey.
