Amla known as Indian Gooseberry is rich in antioxidants. It is a rich source of vitamin C. Vitamin C is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues. Amla helps improve digestion and boosts immunity. Saunf helps in preventing anemia, aids in digestion, works as an antacids and controls cholesterol levels.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Amla - 50g
  • Saunf - 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder - ¼ tsp
  • Dhaniya powder - ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 5g [1tsp]
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Wash and boil the amla till it becomes soft. Step 2 In a pan take oil add sauf and boil amla pieces Step 3 Add dhaniya and red chilli powder and saute for few minutes. Step 4 Let it coul, blend it in a mixture and serve.
