Bananas have a long list of health benefits. They are full of potassium and act as a natural antacid. But they also have a creamy texture that works well for puddings. This recipe includes bananas and apples for a thick pudding that's perfect for dessert and healthy enough to snack anytime.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Banana - ½ cup [chopped]
  • Apple - ½ cup [Peeled & Chopped]
  • Multigrain cracker/cream cracker - 1 [Crushed]
  • Oil -  ½ tsp
  • Sugar free - (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat the oil in a pan and saute the chopped fruits till they are soft. Step 2  Mix well till it dissulves. Step 3 Add the biscuits to the mixture, stir for 2 minutes and serve lukewarm.
