An apple a day keeps the doctor away. But this is one fruit babies have trouble digesting in its raw from till they are 6 months old. So, apple/ pear juice is a wonderful way of introducing apples/pears to your baby's diet.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Apple/Pear -  ½ cup peeled & grated
  • Water -  ½ cup
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Boil water in a pan. Step 2 Add it to the apples and keep aside for 10 minutes. Step 3 Strain it to obtain the juice. Step 4 Serve lukewarm.
