This punch recipe is so perfect for summer! The combo of flavours is just lovely, and the longer you let it sit, the more the lemon flavour comes out. It's so refreshing and also super easy to make!! Apples are high in potassium, a mineral that helps control blood pressure, and can help reduce the risk of stroke.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Apple [chopped] - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger juice - 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Black salt - A pinch
  • Soda - 1 cup [100 ml]
  • Ice cubes - as needed
  • Mint leaves [crushed] - 1 tsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend one & a half cups of apples in a blender. Step 2 Mix in ginger juice, lemon juice, salt, and ice altogether. Step 3 Pour in a nice tall glass till ½ rest add soda and some apple pieces and crushed ice. Step 4 Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
