Apple Suji kheer is an excellent combination of carbohydrates and protein as well as complimenting them with minerals and vitamins which is necessary for baby's growth. It is quick to make and at the same time is healthy for the baby.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Suji - 1 tbsp
  • Apple - ½ no 
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Water as required

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Peel and grate apple finely.  Step 2 Roast suji in a heavy-bottomed pan and keep aside. Step 3 Add water and cook suji for 2 minutes. Step 4 Add grated apple and cook for 2-3 minutes.  Step 5 Once cooked, add milk to bring to the right consistency and mix well. Step 6 Your baby will love this variation.
