Kidney beans are a very good source of folate and copper. It is also a good source of phosphorus, protein, vitamin B1, iron, potassium, and magnesium. Chickpeas are an excellent source of the trace mineral manganese, which is an essential cofactor in a number of enzymes. They are high in fiber and antioxidants, which help to reduce the risk of chronic diseases.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Soaked and Boiled Rajma (kidney beans) - ½ cup 
  • Soaked and Boiled Kabuli Chana (white chickpeas) - ½ cup 
  • Iceberg Lettuce (torn into pieces) - ½ cup 
  • Spring Onions (chopped) - ½ cup 
  • Tomato - ½ cup 
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp
  • Chilli flakes - ¼ tsp
  • Multigrain Chapati - 1 no 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine all the ingredients, in a deep bowl and toss well.  Step 2 Place the mixture in the center of chapati, rull it into a wrap.
