  • Grated red beetroot - 1 katori
  • Hemp seeds - 1 tsp
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Strawberries - 1 katori
Step 1 Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on low speed and slowly increase to high speed. Step 2 Blend until smooth about 30 seconds. Add water as needed to thin the smoothie or to your desired thickness. Step 3 Top with the hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately.
