Berries are also a good source of fiber, including soluble fiber which slows down the movement of food through the digestive tract, leading to reduced hunger and increased feelings of fullness. Kale contains beta-carotene and vitamin C, as well as various flavonoids and polyphenols. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Blueberries - 1 Katori (use 5-6 berries for toppings)
  • Blackberries - 1 Katori
  • Kale - 2 Katori (chopped)
  • Spirulina powder - 1 tsp
  • Milk (low-fat) - 100 ml
Toppings-
  • Kiwi - 1 nos.
  • Blueberries - 5-6 nos.
  • Cashews - 5 nos.
  • Bee pollen- 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
  • Combine all the smoothie ingredients in the blender and blend them until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi and pumpkin seeds.
