Quinoa is a good source of protein, fiber, iron, copper, thiamine and vitamin B6. This recipe contains milk which is a rich source of calcium and protein. Also topping with blueberry give it a more appealing feel. This recipe will make you stay away from hunger for a long time. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Quinoa - 1.5 tbsp
  • Cow's Milk -  ¾ cup
  • Blueberry - 3 nos.
  • Lemon zest - ¼ tsp
  • Honey - ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1  Rinse quinoa with water and then drain water. Step 2  Heat milk in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 min and gently stir the quinoa into it. Cook till all the liquid has been absorbed. Step 3  Stir honey and lemon zest into the mixture. Gently fuld blueberries into the mixture.  Step 4  Remove in a bowl and serve it.
