INGREDIENTS:
  • Dudhi [peeled and chopped] - 1 katori 
  • Mint leaves [minced] - 2 tsp 
  • Cumin powder - ½ tsp 
  • Pepper [crushed] - ¼ tsp 
  • Ginger [minced] - 1 tsp 
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste 
  • Chilled water - 150 ml 
  • Ice cubes - as required 

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a blender take 1 Katori peeled and chopped dudhi. Step 2 Add mint leaves, cumin powder, crushed pepper, finely minced ginger, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice. Step 3 Add chilled water and blend smoothly. Finally, pour dudhi juice into a glass with a few ice cubes.
