Beetroots are high in fibres and low in calories. It is popularly used in weight loss diets due to the soluble fibres present in it that help to fight against fat. Beetroot also helps to cleanse the toxic and excess water from the body. Thus we can say that beetroot helps skin glow. Carrots can increase the health of your skin, boost the immune system, improve digestion, increase cardiovascular health, detoxify the body, and boost oral health in a variety of ways.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Beetroot [chopped] - 1 small
  • Carrots [chopped] - 2 small
  • Coriander leaves [minced] - 2 tsp 
  • Rock Salt - as per taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Water - 1 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Peel and roughly chop the beetroot, and carrots and blend them in a blender using a cup of water or use a juicer. Step 2 Grind them into a fine paste; add more water if required while blending. Bring the juice to your desired consistency by adding more water if required. Step 3 Add lemon juice, coriander leaves rock salt and mix well. Step 4 Drink the juice without straining or you'll lose all the good fibres.
