Celery is an excellent source of antioxidants, in addition to a high percentage of water and electrolytes which can prevent dehydration, it also has special compounds that act as a diuretic and reduce bloating. Avocado is incredibly nutritious. They contain a high amount of potassium and are loaded with fiber and antioxidant. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Avocados [ripe] - ½ no.
  • Celery [chopped] - 2 tbsp.
  • Lime/lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mash with a fork until the avocados reach the consistency of chunky salsa. Step 2 Chill before serving.
