INGREDIENTS:

  • Kabuli Chana [raw] - 20 g
  • Garlic [chopped]- 1 tsp 
  • Hung curd - 1 tbsp 
  • Ginger [chopped] - 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder [roasted] - ¼ tsp 
  • Black Pepper c[rushed] - ¼ tsp 
  • Cardamom Powder - ¼ tsp 
  • Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp 
  • Oil - ½ tsp 
  • Salt - as per taste 

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Pressure cook raw Kabuli Chana black/brown to 2 whistles. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and seasoning according to taste.  Step 2 Mix well and serve.
