This recipe contains Cheddar cheese which provides you with protein, calcium, vitamin D and potassium. Broccoli is a great source of vitamins K, folic acid, potassium and also provides fibre. INGREDIENTS:

  • Broccoli florets - 3 tbsp
  • Dry breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder - a pinch

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat the oven to 375 deg F, 190 deg C. Step 2 Cook the brocculi, then drain and chop well. Step 3 Combine with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Step 4 Form the mixture into nugget shapes and place on a greased baking tray, about 3 in apart. Step 5 Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through the cooking time. Step 6 Serve it hot.
