INGREDIENTS:
  • Milk [nut milk / skim milk / low-fat milk] - 50 ml
  • Chia seeds - 1 tsp
  • Mixed Fruits - 1 Katori 
  • Nuts (Almonds + Walnuts)(chopped) - 2-3 no.
  • Cinnamon powder - a pinch
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine milk and chia seeds in a bowl. Step 2 Mix well until combined and the chia seeds begin to swell up. Step 3 Store covered in the refrigerator for at least an hour.  Step 4 Stir well before serving and add a bit of water to the pudding if it becomes too thick. Step 5 Top with cinnamon, fresh fruits, and nuts of your choice and enjoy.
