This recipe can never fail to delight our kids. The presence of vegetables in this recipe is very vibrant also the presence of vitamins and minerals is a benefit. A good protein meal is absolutely essential for kids at a growing age.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken - 50 g
  • Oil - ½  tbsp
  • Homemade chicken stock - ½ cup
  • Zucchini - half [chopped]
  • Garlic - ½ tsp crushed 
  • Mix pepper - 2 tbsp [chopped]
  • Yellow squash - 1 tbsp [chopped]
  • Dried basil - Pinch
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes. Step 2 Add the chicken stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Step 3 Add the vegetables, mix pepper garlic and basil Step 4 Then cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Step 5 Serve with rice.
