INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken - 50 g ( cooked diced)
  • Sweet potato - 25 g
  • Carrot - 20 g  (peeled and diced)
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 tsp grated

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Peel and dice the sweet potato and carrots. Step 2 Boil or steam the potato and carrots until tender Step 3 Mash the sweet potato and carrots and then add the cheese. Step 4 Add the chicken and then chop, mash or puree as needed for your baby. Step 5 Serve.
