Cinnamon is a powerful spice and deserves more than just an inch being added to our pulao and curry Raisins are a natural source of vitamins and minerals, but those benefits are increased tremendously if you consume the water that they are soaked in. This is because the sugar content is reduced, and you’re still obtaining an excellent medicinal remedy for the liver. 1 stick Cinnamon in 1 bottle of water has shown to have a very positive impact on weight loss, diabetes and overall health. So go ahead and use Cinnamon in your tea, coffee, juices, infused water as well as smoothies and porridge :)

INGREDIENTS:
  • Cinnamon - 2 stick of 3 inches each
  • Lemon - ½ tsp
  • Raisin - 5 pcs
  • Water - 2 liters
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Put raisins on the bottom of the pitcher and then drop the cinnamon stick, fill half of the pitcher with ice and then add water and lemon juice. Step 2 Keep cinnamon raisin water in the fridge. Let it chill for an hour and enjoy.
