Cardamom is a great element which helps in losing weight. It helps in digestion and boosts the metabolic rate of our body. Increased metabolism burns excess fat and gives energy, helping you to burn fat. Cardamom also helps in getting rid of abdominal bloating, which helps you lose the extra pounds which have built up. Combining cardamom and coriander together can result in efficient results for losing weight.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Cardamom pieces - 4-5 no. 
  • Coriander leaves - ½ katori 
  • Water - 1 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 This method is almost similar to the recipe of coriander tea.  Step 2 Heat the water in a vessel or a teapot until it boils.  Step 3 Roughly chop the coriander leaves and add it to the boiling water.  Step 4 Add the cardamom pieces to the water as well. Step 5 Turn off the flame and let the flavor of the coriander leaves steep into the water.  Step 6 Let it cool until it reaches a lukewarm temperature so that the coriander leaves can infuse in properly. Step 7 Filter the mixture and your tea is ready to be consumed.
