Coriander seeds have countless health benefits. From aiding digestion to preventing colds and flu and treating menstrual irregularities, coriander seeds or dhania ke beej can accomplish a lot.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 1 glass
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Crush the coriander seeds using a mortar and pestle.  Step 2 Boil the water in a vessel until it bubbles. Add the crushed coriander seeds to the water.  Step 3 Turn off the flame and let the flavor of the coriander seeds steep into the water.  Step 4 Let it cool until it reaches a lukewarm temperature so that the coriander seeds can infuse in properly. Step 5 Filter the mixture and your tea is ready to be consumed.
