This pasta is highly protein rich with low-fat characteristics, making it a perfect weight loss, Italian food. Broccoli is high in fiber, Vitamin C and potassium which helps in increasing immunity and relieving bloating.  

INGREDIENTS:
  • Shredded chicken - 75 g
  • Wheat pasta - 1 cup
  • Broccoli florets - 1 cup 
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Pesto sauce - 1-2 tsp 
  • Oil - 1 tsp 
  • Salt as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Cook the brocculi in boiling salted water until tender for 5 minutes. Step 2 Remove to a bowl with a slotted spoon. Add pasta to water and cook. Drain the excess water. Add brocculi & pesto sauce in a blender and grind it coarsely. Step 3 Season with salt and black pepper. Step 4 Stir brocculi pesto and pasta until well coated & mix in the shredded chicken.
