This roll is wonderful in health and taste with lettuce and purple cabbage that are known to be superfoods with lots of phytochemicals and antioxidants.

 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Multigrain chapatti - 1 
  • Lettuce (iceberg, green leaf, red leaf) - ¼th cup 
  • Purple cabbage (thinly sliced) - ¼th cup 
  • Hung curd - 1 tbsp 
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp 
  • Pepper powder as per taste 
  • Salt as per taste 
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a bowl add hung curd, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mix well.  Step 2 To this mixture add the lettuce and cabbage mix it thoroughly.  Step 3 Spread tomato ketchup on the roti, spoon the lettuce mixture on it, rull it tightly and serve.
