INGREDIENTS:

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) - 20 g
  • Green chilies - 2 nos.
  • Fresh chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - ½ tsp
  • Onions, chopped - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste - ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder - ¼ tsp
  • Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
  • Ginger garlic finely chopped - 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Chop green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves in a chopper. Chop paneer into ½ inch cubes and then halve them into triangles. Step 2  Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and saute for 2 minutes  till changes culour to gulden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder and mix well. Step 3  Add chopped fresh chopped green coriander leaves and ¼ cup water and mix well. Add salt and yogurt and mix.  Step 4 When the mixture comes to a boil, add paneer pieces and mix gently, add lemon juice and switch off the heat. Garnish the dish with fresh chopped green coriander, Serve hot.
