Adding puffed rice to your diet may be a health benefit from the nutrients it provides. Although low in fat, puffed rice is high in carbohydrates, and containing proteins from the split moong dal makes it a healthy evening snack.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Puffed rice - 15 g 
  • Onions [chopped] - 1 small
  • Roasted chana - 2 tbsp
  • Raw mangoes [chopped] - 1 tbsp 
  • Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp 
  • Red chilli powder - ½ tsp 
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Coriander leaves [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a large bowl add puffed rice, roasted chana, chopped onion, raw mango, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice and mix well.  Step 2 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
