Carrot, spinach and bottle gourd juice is a healthy juice made high in naturally found nutrients in these vegetables. The juice, being high in detoxifying and antioxidant properties, is a great way to help cleanse one's digestive system and feel refreshed throughout the day. Also, adding jeera powder would be considered to be an anti-oxidant spice and is best known to relieve digestive disorders.

  • Bottle gourd (peeled and chopped)- 1 katori
  • Spinach leaves- 1/2 katori
  • Roughly chopped carrots- 2 medium
  • Ginger- 1 inch
  • Mint leaves- 3
  • Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt- as per taste
Step 1 In a blender add bottle gourd, spinach, carrot, ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice, jeera powder, and salt. Blend them together until it becomes smooth; can add water to make a fine puree, as per desired consistency.  Step 2 Pour the prepared juice in a glass.  Step 3 Serve the juice immediately.
