  • Whole wheat chapatti - 1
  •  Shredded lettuce - 1/2 cup
  •  Boiled sprouts - 1/2 cup
  •  Tomato, sliced - 1 medium
  • Hard-boiled eggs - 2 nos.
  • Salt - to taste
Step 1 Place chapatti on a flat plate. Step 2 Top with lettuce, sliced tomato, egg whites, and boiled sprouts, and sprinkle salt. Step 3 Roll down chapatti and slice in half, then wrap in plastic to keep together.
