A roll to completely roll your heart with its nutrition and taste. A Chinese delight with veggies and egg white and bread to provide fiber, protein, carbohydrates, and fat.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Egg whites - 3 nos
  • Chopped onion - 1 medium
  • Chopped tomato - 1 medium
  • Soya Sauce - ½ tsp 
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
  • Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
  • Salt - to  taste
  • Oil - ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Beat egg whites well, add salt and mix well.  Step 2 Make 1 big or 2 small thin omletes and once cooked completely, keep them aside. Step 3 Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add onions. Sauté until it becomes translucent. Step 4 Add tomato and sauté for a min. Add pepper powder and turmeric powder, salt, soya sauce, and sauté for a min. Step 5 Finally, add this mixture into the thin omelet and rull it properly, serve while hot!
