  • Hard-boiled eggs whites - 2
  • Pesto - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard sauce - ½ tsp 
  • Pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Lettuce - 2 nos.
  • Whole wheat bread - 2 slices
  • Salt - to taste
Step 1 Finely chop boiled eggs. Step 2 Add mustard sauce, pepper powder, pesto sauce, salt  & lettuce to the chopped eggs.  Step 3 Put egg salad mixture over the  bread slice  & toast in a toaster
