Protein-rich tacos with the addition of heart-healthy avocado to provide a balanced meal. It is sure to deliver a whole package of flavors!

INGREDIENTS:
  • Egg whites - 3 no.
  • Unsalted butter - minimal 
  • Pepper powder - ¼  tsp 
  • Baked Taco shells - 2 no.
  • Salsa sauce - 2 tsp
  • Feta cheese - 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander - 1 tsp 
  • Salt - as per taste 
  • Onions - 1 small (chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 small (chopped)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Beat the egg whites in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, chopped onions & tomatoes. Step 2 In a large nonstick kadai, heat butter over medium-high heat. Cook the eggs like a scramble/bhurji for 2-3 minutes until soft. Step 3 Fill in the eggs into the taco shells.  Step 4 Top with salsa, feta cheese, and coriander.
