Eggs are a good source of protein, and they also contain a number of essential vitamins and minerals and relatively few calories. They contain no saturated fat or cholesterol, making them a popular choice for those watching their cholesterol levels or suffering from diabetes or heart disease. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Multigrain bread slice - 1
  • Egg whites - 2
  • Cinnamon powder - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch 
  • Oil -  ½ tsp.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Beat egg, salt,  and cinnamon together. Step 2 Dip the bread in the egg mixture on both the sides and toast in a hot pan with oil. Step 3 When the egg is fully cooked. Move aside to a serving plate.
