Lemon helps in fighting infections as well as cleanse the kidney. Also, by reducing bloating and inflammation this drink will give a good dose of vitamin C.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp 
  • Chia seeds - 1 tsp
  • Agave nectar / honey - 1 tsp 
  • Dates pulp - 2 tsp 
  • Water - 1 glass 
  • Sea salt - as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take a glass of water, extract the juice of half a lemon, add dates pulp in it and sprinkle chia seeds as well.  Step 2 Sprinkle sea salt and honey for taste.  Step 3 Mix it well and serve chilled.
