It is a very good source of fibre, fennel bulb may help to reduce elevated cholesterol levels. And since fibre also removes potentially carcinogenic toxins from the colon, the fennel bulb may also be useful in preventing colon cancer. In addition to its fibre, fennel is a very good source of folate.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Fennel seeds - 2 tsp                 
  • Honey - ½ tsp
  • Clove [whole] - 1-2 nos.
  •  Mint Springs [minced] - 1 tsp 
  •  Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
  •  Water - as required
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1     Grind saunf and keep it aside. Step 2     Take honey and water combine it and mix saunf, cloves, mint & lemon juice in it. Step 3     Keep it for 3 hours and strain it  Step 4      Serve Chilled.
