Fish is a source of omega-3 fatty acids, which is important for your body and brain. Fish includes high-quality protein, iodine, and various vitamins and minerals. Fish is rich in protein and low on calories. Including codfish in your diet not only helps maintain healthy muscles but are also essential for the normal functioning of your body's cells.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Fish fillet ( your choice ) - 50 g
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste - ½ tsp
  • Red chilli powder or paprika - ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder - ¾ tsp
  • Dried herbs or kasuri methi - 1 tsp
  • Fresh mint leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Cut fish into 2 small pieces.  Step 2 Marinate with red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste , kasuri methi, garam masala , salt , lemon juice and set aside for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Step 3 Add mint leaves to the marinated fish. Mix well. Step 4 Heat the oven at 170° C, prepare a tray and grease it to prevent the fish from sticking up to it. Step 5 Cook fish for 5-7 min or until cooked. Serve hot and enjoy.
