Fish is a really nutritious food, being rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals which are essential to maintain good health. Including codfish in your diet not only helps maintain healthy muscles but are also essential for the normal functioning of your body's cells. Codfish contains high quantities of Vitamin B12 and B6.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Cod fillets - 50 g
  • Low-fat cheese - 20 g
  • Garlic powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt -  to taste
  • Corn flakes - 1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 150º C. Step 2 Crush the corn flakes into a fine texture using a rulling pin. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed corn flakes with the garlic powder, salt, and cheese.  Step 3 Cut the fish fillets into ½ to ¾ inch thick sticks. Step 4  Lightly coat evenly with the cornflake mixture. Place onto the baking sheet and bake until gulden brown for about 10 minutes.
