A fruity smoothie is a good choice of drink providing enough sugars and carbohydrates and other nutrients, forming fuel for energy along with a nice, sweet, taste of mixed fruit Mango which has a lot of vitamins and nutrients that help the body feel fuller. Oats give a good amount of carbohydrates that will provide energy slowly for a long time.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mango [chopped] - 50 g 
  • Apple [chopped] - 50 g 
  • Oats [powdered] - 1 tsp 
  • Skim Milk / Nut milk - 1 glass
  • Chia seeds - 1 tsp 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Fill the blender with fruits, add milk, pre-soaked chia seeds and oats to it and blend. Step 2 Enjoy!
