Garlic helps in cholesterol management and also improves blood circulation.They have antibacterial,anti-fungal properties also. Helps in boosting immunity and very beneficial for a lactating mother as they help in improving lactation.Cinnamon helps in blood sugar management. They are considered heart-healthy by managing cholesterol levels too. Help is digestion by taking care of the bowel movement. Safeguard us from chronic disease and strengthen the immunity too.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Garlic Cloves [finely grated] – 2 to 3
  • Cinnamon - ¼ tsp
  • Water [filtered] – 1 cup
  • Milk [boiled] – 1 glass
  • Honey [shahad] – ½ tsp.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Finely grate the garlic cloves and add ¼ tsp cinnamon powder to water. Boil them until the quantity is reduced to about a quarter. Step 2 Add a glass of milk to the mixture and bring it to a boil.  Step 3 Turn the gas off and allow it to coul a bit. Add honey. Strain and serve warm. Step 4 TIP -This is usually served as a morning or mid-morning drink.
