Paneer is rich in protein and provides us with generous amounts of calcium. Cottage cheese (paneer) is low in carbohydrates and high in protein, making it a great addition to any diet for diabetics. Garlic is seen to lower Total and LDL cholesterol, Garlic strengthens the immune system as well as helps to fight chest infections and coughs.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Paneer [cubes] - 20 g 
  • Garlic cloves [chopped] - 3 nos 
  • Vinegar - ½ tsp
  • Kashmiri red chillies - 1 to 2 nos
  • Cumin - ½ tsp
  • Onions [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves [minced] - 2 tsp 
  • Salt - as per taste 
  • Oil - ½ tsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend garlic, chillies, salt, and vinegar with little water. Step 2 Heat a pan with oil and allow cumin to sizzle. Step 3 Fry onions until gulden. Add the sauce and cook until it thickens and the oil separates. Step 4 Add paneer and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.  Step 5 Garnish with coriander or celery.
