Yogurt is a pro-biotic that helps in maintaining the gut health. Also it is a rich source of calcium, thus making it ideal for improving bone health.

  • Freshly cut pineapple - 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt - 1 katori 
  • Ginger juice - 1 tsp
  • Pineapple juice - 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder - A pinch
