Khyati's Health-O-Meter Says:

Chicken is high in protein, low in sodium, and is a good source of blood-building vitamin B6, bone-strengthening phosphorus, and cell-protecting selenium. Garlic, cumin, and cinnamon have antioxidant properties which boost the immune system.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 50g
  • Garlic [crushed] - 2 cloves
  • Cider vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, vinegar, salt, cumin, and cinnamon to make a paste.  Step 2 Marinate the chicken pieces with the above mixture.  Step 3 Place the marinated chicken in the oven and roast until the chicken becomes tender approximately about 25 to 30 minutes.  Step 4 Serve by garnishing with coriander leaves if desired.
