This dressing is filled with the goodness of probiotics present in the curd which makes it gut-friendly. Walnuts are an amazing source of Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin E, and antioxidants which are required by our body. The mint chutney in this dressing adds a good freshness to it.

INGREDIENTS:
For the Salad :
  • Lettuce - 1 cup 
  • Cucumber (diced) - 1 no.
  • Sprouts - 4 tbsp 
  • Apple (diced) - 1/2 no.
For the Dressing:
  • Curd / Yogurt - 1 katori
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Walnut - 2 (whole)
  • Flax seeds - 1 tsp 
  • Mint leaves / Parsley - few 
  • Salt - to taste
  • pepper - to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a blender, add curd, flax seeds, garlic, walnuts, salt, pepper, and mint leaves. Step 2 Blenderize together and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Step 3 Add it to the green salad or any salad and enjoy!
