Spinach is a superfood rich in vitamins, minerals & antioxidants. It improves blood glucose level in people with diabetes and also helps reducing blood pressure. Chia seeds are rich in dietary fiber and omega 3 fatty acids which helps in reducing bad cholesterol & lowers risk of heart attacks. Cow’s milk is a good source of calcium and protein. Avocado contains healthy fats along with nuts which contain fiber. This delicious recipe is a healthy breakfast recipe with lots of added fruits making it a wholesome meal.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Spinach - ½ cup
  • Cow's Milk - ¼ cup
  • Almonds -  Few (4-5)
  • Banana - 1 pc
  • Avocado - 1 slice
  • Chia seeds - 1 tsp
  • Kiwi - ½ 
  • Raspberry - ¾ nos
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add the spinach, milk, ½ banana and avocado to a blender and completely blend it making a paste. Step 2 If the consistency is too thick, blend in some ice cubes. Step 3 Transfer the content to a bowl. Add toppings like sliced kiwi, raspberry, remaining half of the banana and 4-5 almond cut into fine pieces and enjoy it with a spoon.
