Paneer is a good source of protein, especially for vegetarians. It provides instant energy thus has the capacity to fulfill the caloric requirement of the body and improves growth and development. A portion of very good food for the digestive system, coriander promotes liver functions and bowel movements. This herb is also an excellent source of iron, phytonutrients, and flavonoids.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Paneer [cubes] - 20 g
  • Spring onions [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • Barbeque sauce - 1 tsp 
  • Sugar - ½  tsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Lemon rind - ½ tsp 
  • Garlic - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves [chopped] - 1 tsp 
  • Salt - as per taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and keep aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Step 2 On wooden skewers arrange the paneer cubes and grill them over a charcoal or electric barbeque till they are gulden brown from all sides.  Step 3 Serve with hot smoked barbeque sauce.
